Is it Mu Shu? Moo Shoo? Ha ha ha! In Chinese it is Mu Shu.
Here is a great recipe for Mu Shu wrappers:
1 ¼ cup flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Salt – a pinch
Talk about simple. Mix all this in a blender or with a blender stick until it is smooth. Then pour small pools into a non-stick frypan and spread them out with the back of a spoon until it is as thin as possible. I usually do one at a time because it quicks so quickly. Flip them and cook until done. You can make a big stack – they do not stick to each other. Stacking them keeps them warm.
